It was November 27th – 2019 – that we first saw a glimpse into Disney’s Artemis Fowl adaptation, and then all fell silent. The movie was delayed from August 2019 to May 29th 2020. D’arvit.
Now, with three months to go, people were getting worried – no new trailer, no news…
But here we are – a whopping 461 days later since the first – and we have a new, full trailer! What do you think?

Well, looks like they changed the story a lot, both from books 1 and 2…
Also, “ally on the other side”? Holly? Wh-where did that come from? He kidnaps her in the book???
Don’t get me wrong, I’m still excited for this, just… curious as to how much original material they kept.
Yeah same here. I can definitely see aspects of the first and even the second books but mixed around and changed. I’m wondering what exactly the final product will look like compared to the books.

This is so exciting, but I also wonder about how much material they kept. I really think they don’t screw up on this, after that much of a delay. (poster) Is that Atlantis, in the background? Mulch and Juliet look different from what I had in my imagination.

We have been waiting for the release of this film … for years … and to find out it’s only available on Disney’s streaming channel when we pay top dollar for cable that includes SEVERAL DISNEY CHANNELs in the package … iS BEYOND THE BEYOND. I understand wanting to entice people to the NEW membership … but JHC … doesn’t Disney have ENOUGH memberships people pay them???? DISNEY IS ALL ABOUT GREED AND PROFIT …Instead of making more loyal customers … especially now when so many are experiencing economic hardship … you want people to pay for yet another membership …to an EXCLUSIVE Disney experience … WE’VE HAD ENOUGH! BOO HISS DISNEY! Sad Eoin Colfer’s great series got HIJACKED by the Disney company! Another example of TOXIC LEADERSHIP at the helm … working hard on crumbling the great Disney name … to line their CEO’s pockets with more $$ for yachts, islands, mansions … they apparently DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH!
True, but in the theathres you pay too! In the theathres you pay more then on Disney plus!
