With the imminent release of the movie (just over 4 months to go at the time of writing!), Disney have a tonne of goodies planned. And rightly so – we’ve been waiting long enough!
To celebrate the release of the movie there are several books scheduled to come out. We’ve explored them below, with links to pre-order!
Artemis Fowl: Guide to the World of Fairies
This beautifully illustrated novel is a compendium of Artemis Fowl’s knowledge gleaned from The Book of the People and from his encounters with magical creatures and the LEP. Compiling notes from the sacred fairy tome and Artemis’s eventual plans to take down the LEP forces that stand in the way of his ultimate goal, Artemis Fowl’s Guide to the World of Fairies is a must-have for fans who are itching to dig deeper into the world of Artemis Fowl.
Artemis Fowl: Guide to the World of Fairies is a companion book to the main series, written by Andrew Donkin, who lovingly adapted and crafted the Artemis Fowl books into graphic novels.
We have heard on the ol’ rumour mill that there may be some interesting new content in here – so definitely worth keeping an eye out for this!

Artemis Fowl: How to Be a LEPrecon
There’s no team better suited to giving Artemis Fowl fans a fairy-level look at the LEP and the world beyond than Foaly, Commander Root, and Holly. This one has quite a chunky title – Artemis Fowl: How to Be a LEPrecon: Your Guide to the Gear, Gadgets, and Goings-on of the World’s Most Elite Fairy Force.
From what we know, it’s a movie tie-in book detailing, in-depth, all of the gadgetry, gear, weapons and tech of the fairy people. Judging by the look of the cover, it will have detailed schematics from the movie, and may include concept art and such from what we’ve heard on the aforementioned rumour mill.
